1. The program
Hive Solutions, a brand of Kai Markets, sends text messages in two ways:
- For home service businesses we work with. When you ask one of these businesses for a quote, fill in its form or ad form, text it, or call and miss it, you may get texts from or for that business about your request: replies to your questions, offers of appointment times, booking and rescheduling, appointment reminders and confirmations, and follow-ups on your quote. The business is named in the messages.
- From Hive Solutions itself. If you are a business owner who gave us your number, for example when booking a Google Meet with us, you may get texts about that Meet (confirmations and reminders), replies to your questions, and follow-ups about our services.
Some replies are written by AI and sent automatically so you get an answer quickly; a person can see the conversation and step in.
2. Consent
You agree to receive these texts when you give your number and agree to be contacted, for example by ticking a consent box on a form or texting the number first. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw it at any time.
3. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You can also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts from that program after that. If you sign up again later, the texts start again.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@hivesolutionshq.com.
5. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your request and your appointment, for example a few messages while booking, then reminders before the appointment. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We never charge you for messages.
6. Carriers
Texts are sent through major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can depend on your device, coverage and carrier.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to receive texts after a change means you accept it; you can reply STOP at any time.
